📋 Step-by-Step Instructions
Here’s how you can use The Librarian to add a list of events to your calendar:

Provide List of Events - simply copy and paste the list of events directly into The Librarian from a website, email, message, OR upload a PDF/Picture with the events by (i) clicking on the upload file icon, (ii) selecting “My Device,” locating the file, and then (iii) clicking on ‘Upload File’.

Select the Dates - The Librarian will then analyze the content and list all the dates for you. Instruct which of the dates you want to add to your calendar and ask to add any guests (note: see ‘Power Tip’ section below on how to add a list of guests automatically).

Confirm Calendar Events - The Librarian will go ahead and draft all the calendar entries for the events you selected. You have the option to accept or reject them one by one, or you can simply instruct The Librarian to add all of them at once. And just like that, you’re done!

💡 Power Tip: Automatically Add Guests to Calendar Events
Tired of manually adding people to calendar events? Don’t worry, you can create a memory in The Librarian which will add all email addresses automatically. Here’s how you do it, for example, if you want an easy way to add all your team to certain events automatically:
- Go to your Account Settings here.
- Under the “Memories” section, add this:
These are the email addresses from my ‘Team Members’: [email protected], [email protected] [email protected], etc.
- Click on the “Add” button to save this new memory.
That’s it. From now on, simply ask The Librarian to include your ‘Team Members’ when creating a calendar event and it will automatically add all those email addresses from the memory.
